Chopped Salad with Tuna Makes 4 regular servings of 2 generous cups each (double calories), or 8 WLS servings of 1 cup
Serves 8 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
- 8 cups hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives
- 12 oz chunk light tuna, drained
Whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add romaine, tomatoes, and olives; toss to coat. Add tuna and toss again.
